Overview
Starting out from the very heart of Ljubljana, the Preseren Square, it is only a matter of minutes before we reach the first trails of the day in Tivoli Park, the largest green area in the centre of Slovenia’s capital.
After we have tested our legs and skill, we will get back to the streets of Ljubljana and take in some of its landmarks before hitting Ljubljana’s mountain bike trail paradise. The vast network of singletrack can keep you going, but a coffee break or lunch at a hilltop restaurant is possible half‑way into the day.
The highlights of the tour can be discussed over a round of drinks on the banks of the Ljubljanica River.
Notes
While the route can easily be adapted to a variety of fitness levels and mountain bike handling experience, a certain degree of mountain biking skill and endurance is desired for you to be able to enjoy the tour at its best. We will pick you up at your place of accommodation in Ljubljana. Transfers from Bled are possible but subject to prior arrangement.
What to bring: a change of clothes including windbreaker, swimsuit, own choice of drinks and energy bars.
